One thing to note is that it only flashes when the call or txt comes in. It doesn't continue to flash until you check it.

ohh ok so it just does it once and thats it. not like a traditional led feature on other devices.

It may do it for the duration of the phone ringing or based on how many times you have txts set up to notify you, but yes, it does not work like an LED feature on a blackberry or other device where it continues blinking until cleared.
