    Default Memory issue?

My buddy has a 4s. It's running laggy and his available memory looks wrong to me (16GB). Here's a screenshot. Can anyone explain this or am I missing something here?ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348515094.850391.jpg

Edit: aw . He's got an iPhone 4 and it's an 8GB. My bad.

Tell him to close any and all apps that may be running in the background and then turn off his device for a minute and then turn it back on.

    Default Memory issue?

Remember that even though he has a 8g iPhone 4 the OS takes up some of the 8g space so he would only have about 6.5-7g available for storage.

He edited his post after I had given my reply so I answered with the assumption that his buddy had an iPhone 4S. My recommendations still stand, but I will add that he may advise his buddy to delete any apps that he does not use....

Very sound advice indeed in deleting apps. I have some of those as I am sure we all do and I keep the least used and most infrequently used apps on my lat panel. Just can't get rid of them... However I do not have any memory problems either.
