User dictionary on the 4s

So I'm looking for the way to access and modify the user dictionary. The Internet tells me to go General>keyboard>international keyboard>add new keyboard. Then you add a keyboard from another language and the button for the user dictionary should then appear on the keyboard screen.

I tried this and it didn't work. I tried French, Spanish, and one each of the Japanese and Chinese keyboards and the user dictionary button never appeared.

Having to add a keyboard seems silly anyway in order to access the user dictionary. Anyone know the answer here?

Maybe after you add keyboard you need to refresh options?
I have added shortcuts for all the errors that I make or words that i want to type.

i think Apple should add the Urban Dictionary. just sayin'
