how to add ringtone

i got a ringtone from mytinyphone it sent it to my email. i just bought an iphone 4s i click on the file in email it just plays the ringtone. how do i add the ringtone to my phone?

you need to get in into itunes then convert it to a ringtone

Depending on what type of file it is either put it in iTunes or convert it to an mp3/m4a. Then if it's an m4a just find the file and change the extension to m4r. If its not then creat an m4a version first.
