poor signal - my 4s vs wifes 4s

ok, i cant figure this one out....

My 4s (black) vs wifes 4s (white) - so often i get a terrible signal (not even 3G) where my wifes will be fine? I can hold them side by side and she will get the 3G where i will get just the little circle. Both on Verizon, bot on the same OS, etc etc. Any ideas? its driving me crazy... its been this way for months now.

Dial *228 and then select option 2. When finished, your phone will reset the connection to Verizon for no more than 30 seconds. Afterwards, see if your connection improved in comparisons to your wife's iPhone.

Agreed I do this about once a month. You should also do it when you travel.
