So I took two videos earlier today of a program my daughter did at her preschool that are about 12 mins in length each and can't seem to get them to transfer off my phone onto either my desktop or onto a thumb drive. They also won't play when I click them on my computer but play just fine on my device. Each file is about 1.8gb. Help please? Hoping to upload them to youtube or at least have them on a thumb drive. Help please!
