Sync Error messages

So when I sync my iPhone 4S with my computer i get 2 error messages

1: "itunes was unable to load data class information from the sync services. Reconnect or try again later.

then i exit that message.... itunes does it's thing and I get...

2: "you do not have enough privileges to access this feature"


Anybody got an idea whats going on? The people at apple are stumped (unless i spoke with an individual who is not tech savvy) as well.

After all is said and done... I can still move music to my phone.... I use iCloud for a back up, but I am unable to sync my ringtones or rigntones I've made with ringtonium. Ringtones are not a big issue... and if I can't sync em, I can't.... but any idea on the error message would be appreciated!

Is it an iCloud vs. computer back-up issue?
