Long press on Appointment to move it.

I saw an Apple commercial on tv and I saw them long press on an appointment to move it to a different time. I tried doing this with my 4$ and it just flashes but doesn't move. Has anyone been able to do this?

All you have to do is press on the appointment and then drag it to your new preferred time.
