Who has their battery percentage showing?
I always have mine showing, but i've noticed there are a lot of people that don't.
I am just wondering doesn't it drive you crazy not knowing the percentage of your battery? - 03-21-2012, 11:47 AM #2
I only have the % showing and hide the actual battery.
- 03-21-2012, 11:48 AM #3
I do. Otherwise it's too hard to get a accurate reading.

All device, all day, every day! It shouldn't even need to be an option any more.
Current Phones: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry OS & WebOS - 03-21-2012, 03:59 PM #14
We have it set to show on both phones.
Easier to see where you are truly at, battery wise.

I have the % showing as well.
I have always had the % displaying on all of my previous non Apple devices.
The battery icon alone really says nothing to me.
Good Luck

I always have. It lets me take care of the battery. I don't charge it if is over 60 %, unless i know I'm going to be away from a power outlet for a extended period.
Side note: Anyone use the jailbreak app battery detective? Pretty interesting. I have it installed on both my 4 and 4s, let's u know how many charge cycles the battery has had (450 for my 4 34 for my 4s, it's max capacity vs current capacity). Pretty cool. Although maybe I obsess to much..... - 03-22-2012, 08:08 AM #20

Yes I have it showing along with the battery icon
- 03-22-2012, 09:08 AM #22
I have the percentage showing, the icon doesn't cut it
- 03-22-2012, 09:18 AM #23
Considering how little space it takes up in the status bar, it almost doesn't make sense not to have it displayed. As others have said, I like knowing exactly how much juice I have left and not having to rely on an inaccurate battery icon.

I do and like knowing how much juice I have left incase I need to put it into Airplane mode for some reason.
