How can I block certain incoming calls?

An old colleague of mine seems to find it funny to call me every now and than... very annoying, since I don't like the guy, but he doesn't seem to understand!
Now I'd like to block his number, but I see no option for this in the menu.
Can someone help me?
(using iOS 5.1)

My *guess* is that you will have to block his number via your service provider. Depending on your provider, you may be able to login to your account via a computer and block the number yourself.

Aside from the iBlacklist available via jailbreak (which there isn't one on the 4S/iOS 5.1 yet...) - the only solutions to unwanted calls is either any blocking available via your service provider... or - a low-tech method: get a silent ring tone, and assign it to the person(s) you want to block in your contacts... and the only thing you'll have to put up with is missed calls on your call log that you can delete when they annoy you.

If you have Verizon you can block numbers on your account online

Just log in to your My Verzon Acct online and block any number you want right from there.

Sprint lets you do this as well..I use it quite frequently..lol

Depending on countries and telco. I would say in my country, telco can do it.
