Jailbroken update to 5.1?

This is my first iphone switching from android, just curious i used green p0ison untethered jail break for the 4s and i see that theres a new software update. If i update from 5.0.1 to 5.1 will i loose my jail broken iphone? Do i have to rejail break the phone?

You will lose it and there is currently no way to JB 5.1 on the 4S.

And now there's no way to downgrade to 5.0.1 on the 4s. So if u upgrade, you're stuck until a jailbreak for 5.1 is achieved.

currently there is a tethered jb available for 5.1, but the iPad 2, and iPhone 4S do not work with it.
