cant click "join" for wifi

i did a reset all settings and now i cant simply click join wifi after putting in pw pls help

cant post pic cuz this is my first post will post later....but to give a better understanding "join" is not highlighted and and i press it to join wifi even from the start up to the settings unable to press join cuz its not highlighted

I believe it's a password issue. The 'join' button isn't enabled unless the password/passphrase is correct... verify the password - both for accuracy and case-sensitivity.

I know mine won't be enabled until I input at least eight characters in the password box. How long is your password?

the pw is 7 characters and even after i put a bunch of letters the join button isnt enabled
