Trouble Syncing Outlook with IPhone 4S

I need some fresh ideas on how to sync contacts and calendars to my new IPhone 4S. After numerous attempts to call and visit Apple, no one has resolved it. I am hoping that someone will give me the Magic Words to solve this problem.

Is it an Outlook Problem or an Apple Problem?

I had the same issue when I bought my Mac, is to get my contact/calendar from my old PC to my Mac. If you have your contact on your old phone, then your phone service provider should be able to transfer it from your old phone to your iPhone. As for the calendar, I had to do it manually.. :-(

The calendar should technically sync as the option exists in iTunes.. my only thought is that is the calendar labeled something like "work" or "home" and its not being synced because its not syncing that label
