Outlook 2007 calendar won't sync with 4S

All I want for Xmas is my Outlook calendar on my 4S. I've searched the threads and all I have found are directions for getting to the info tab in iTunes and "select Outlook and click sync." Well, I've done that and it's not working for me. As soon as I have my calendar on my phone, I won't be using Outlook. It was the only way I could think of to get my calendar from my BB to the iPhone.

Please advise!

If your country supports it, google sync. Will do contacts and calendar directly from bb to iOS.

Are you still running BDS? A couple of my employees swapped platforms, had exactly the same problem you're relating - no calendars. Disabling the BDS COM program then syncing did the trick. There's more than a few third party add-ons to Outlook that muck it up for everything else.
