Bluetooth issue

I have two bluetooth headsets. 1 is an LG and the other is a Jawbone Icon.
The LG set up perfectly with my new 4S but the Jawbone wont connect.
Any ideas....

I have had no problems setting up any BT devices, including a jawbone.

I also have set up blackberry stereo gateway and Motorola S9 headphones.
