My 4S in on the way...when it comes whats next

I just found out from VZW that my 4S will be shipping today.
How do they come as far as IOS is concerned. Will it be 5,00, or 5.01.
If it does not have 5.01 installed, should i bypass it and wait for 5.02?

I have an IPOD touch and its set up with iCloud. When my 4S arrives, when i turn it on in the house
and it sees icloud etc....it should automatically have my apps and contacts....yes or no?

You can sign in with your iCloud account and your mail, contacts, calendars etc will be synced. You will need to activate it with the network, though. You can update to 5.0.1 through iTunes or a wireless network. You should update since most people have reported some bug fixes. I've been fine with 5.0.1.

congrats and good luck with your 4S when it arrives As far as what iOS it will come with, i would *think* it'll be 5.0.1 My daughter ordered hers on Friday, got it on Monday, and it already had 5.0.1 as well

If or comes with 5.0 and you ever want to jailbreak for now keep it on 5.0, the exploit that is being used for the i4 was fixed with 5.0.1 and will be the same with 5.1
