I'm not sure what the fastest speed it can go is but I'm pretty sure it doesn't top out at 3.1.

The 4s can get the same speeds on rev a as any other rev a phone

I'll go ahead and bite I guess...any chance that screenshot is from a 4g sprint phone? I notice it says android...an android phone running on WiMAX? Either way, I've never heard of ANYONE getting the full 3.1mbps on sprint or Verizon...AT&T sure, but sprint? Not likely.

I just had my father run the speed test on his sprint 4S and he only got .36mbps down. It's definitely slow in NY.

I love how it says she on a galaxy with 4G and has a 32GB 4S listed as her phone ...
