You need the perpage widget from Cydia; then download widget from iphantom, it will open in iFile, then you will have to move that folder to perpage folder under var/mobile/library/perpage. She has good tutorials on her site too.

None of those listed require payments...iFile can still be used without paying and there are plenty of free tweaks and widgets out there.
