Siri blurting out random words.

On my wife's iP4S, Siri will randomly blurt out words while she is typing in both text or email messages. For instance, if she is typing "It's cold out today". Siri might blurt out the word "cold" while she is typing it. This has been going on since she got the phone. I have turned off Siri and restarted it but it still does this. Anyone hear of this?

Sounds to me like you have an accessibility feature turned on.

Settings > General > Accessibility > turn everything off!!

She has VoiceOver enabled, the phone will speak words if you tap them on screen. It's in your Options > General > Accessibility menu.
