Bluetooth issue

Hello. I have a Griffin Roadtrip bluetooth device for my 4s. I have bluetooth turned on but i have to manually go into bluetooth to connect each time I get in my car. It connects really fast, but I want it to automatically connect. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think that ones on the griffin device. My iPhone automatically connects to my car as I turn on my car. This leads me to believe its the griffin thing

It's in an outlet that never powers down the Griffin, even when the car is turned off. It's the only outlet i have.

It's the griffin. Mine connects to my Motorola T505 automatically.
