Apple iPhone exchange?

I been trying to get a hold of someone at Apple to exchange my iPhone from the 16gig to the 64gig. If I purchased online can I go into any Apple store to make the exchange?

I'd contact Apple customer service and ask them what your options are. I tried looking on Apple's website but couldn't find anything. I'd suspect you'll have to pay a restocking fee for the 16gb, but you should be able to do so. I don't know this for sure however and Apple CS, or if you are close enough to an Apple Store would be your best bet.

Call your Apple store and check on stock. I'd heard the 64 was about all they had left.
