Multiple iPhones - One iTunes Account okay?

I have had an iPhone before, and am gladly coming back to iOS as soon as my iP4s gets here, my concern however is my wife also has an iPhone and it is activated through my iTunes account. Will this cause any issues with iOS 5 and the icloud syncing? I am wondering if I should have here create a seperate account and move her phone to it before I activate my iPhone. I haven't seen an answer to this question, sorry if I overlooked it.

You can have multiple devices on an iTunes library. The only thing is that while not all, but most info will be the same per device.

This will not cause any problems with imessage or facetime? I am under the impression they use the iTunes id as opposed to the phone number, but I could be wrong.
