Restoring to Beta 7

Okay, I downloaded beta 7 OTA (worked fine)... Then i noticed the music was playing, thinking of what I had to do. I downloaded the latest beta of iTunes 10.5 and the actual beta 7 software and restored my iPod using those. However, it restored successfully but instead of going to the regular menu when an iDevice is plugged in I get automatically addressed to the screen of the restore when I have to chose new iPod or from a back up.... I've done this process 4 times now. Re-installed iTunes and even restarted my PC.... I don't know what to do now. Suggestions?

Happened to me on Beta 6. Try restoring as a new device instead of restoring from a backup if you haven't tried it yet. That worked for me on Beta 6.

Okay.... I'll try that but now its not even appearing in Itunes when its plugged in


EDIT: Thanks! It worked... Its syncing it all now!
