Notifications center in landscape mode

I was curious as to how it works in landscape mode. Like if I'm playing a game that was in landscape mode like infinity blade or something and I get a notification, does it pop up on the side(or top) from my point of view? And can you pull down the notifications center from the side/top when it's in landscape mode? I was just curious thanks in advance

Notifications are still at the top in landscape...they are affected by the orientation sensor. If you are in a full screen game (or any full screen application that hides the status bar), the notification center will show the handle on the first swipe down, to prevent accidental notification viewing during a game. A second pull on the handle will open the center. This avoids accidental opening, but still allows access to the drawer.
