Haven't been able to sync beta 3 w/ itunes

Ever since I updated to beta 3 and installed iTunes 10.5 beta 3 .. I haven't been able to complete a sync. It'll start off the steps 1-7 and it'll transfer purchases, sync contacts .. but then I always get this error message. And I've tried both the wifi sync AND the tethered sync via usb cord. Has anyone else had this problem? ... Here's a screen shot of what I always get ..

ive had this problem quite a few times.
the original issue is it wont sync my photos from folders.
I told it to un-sync everything then did each tab one at a time and saw which one was the issue
