Default Where do you keep your brightness?

So I've read the iPhone 4 tread about brightness and I wanted to know where do you keep your brightness at?

I currently keep mine just below the "B" in the slider.

Also, what exactly does Auto Brightness do?

If Auto-Brightness is set to on, the iPhone adjusts the screen brightness for current light conditions using the built-in ambient light sensor.

Only a little bit though. Outside on a sunny day I turn brightness all the way up. In a theater, all the way down. Other than that, I keep it at about 65 to 75 percent. (under the "s")

The slider is underneath the second 'S' in the word brightness. Sometimes, I use auto-brightness and other times I don't.

Some of y'all keep it pretty dim. Mine is halfway between the word brightness and the auto-brightness toggle switch.
