Location settings for iPhone 4g

I have iPhone 4g - suddenly I get the message that my location settings are not on. They were a few weeks ago. (Don't use too much). I can't figure out where to go in settings-privacy to turn them on. No forums deal with anything before 6. I've had all recommended updates performed. Please help. Thx

Welcome to iMore! Was it for one specific app? Try going to Privacy > location services > scroll down and check all the apps. It must be there somewhere.
Do you mean an iPhone 4s?
