Call and texting not working 1 way

my girlfriends iphone recently stop receiving my call and texts but she can call and text me. i checked imessage but it was never in use to begin with? any one know what to do? She is using an iphone 4 and i am using an lg optimus exceed 2 both in verizon plans i believe.

Are you certain she hasn't blocked your phone number either intentionally or unintentionally?

It's most likely an issue on her end. Does she have problems receiving texts from anyone else? Do other people get yours?
