Why can't I access my photos taken on my iPad4?

i cant access my photo taken on ipad4

I have an ipad 4 and i can take a photo and see it in the bottom corner but i cant access it. It is not showing in my camera roll and if I touch the photo on the bottom corner i cant open it.

Have you tried restating your device to see if that helps?
