Location won't budge

My locations option to turn it off and on is not working. I need to turn it on and it won't let me. What is a girl to do? Please help! : )

The OP can initiate the native weather app or Apple maps app in lieu of downloading and installing a 3rd party alternative.

1. Did you or anyone else who may have access to your device place a "restriction" on the location service option?
2. If not, turn your device OFF and then turn it back ON
3. Initiate the Weather or the Maps app, and when prompted to give access to your location, allow it.
