iPhone 4 problem with wifi and cell connections

My iPhone 4 is normal except that it is rally bad with connections. It can find wifi connections but the signal is really bad but that doesn't happen with my iPod touch 4 and my iPad mini. And I have 3G on my phone but I can't like use the connection. I'm just wondering what I need to do or who I need to call. Thank you

Today, I try to turn on my wifi but it doesn't work. It's still turn off. What can I do?

Maybe you should restore your iPhone ... If that doesn't help, maybe it is hardware issue..
