    Default Downloading Apps double???

    Lately when I download apps onto my iPhone 4 it will finish installing and create two icons. The app and an icon with a loading bar full that says installing and the only way to get rid of it is to restart my device! Please help!

    I was having that for a while. Near drove me crazy! A reset does fix it, and eventually it just stops doing it.
