    Post CANNOT RECIEVE PICTURES FROM OTHER IPHONES!!! Pls help!!! (IPHONE 4)

    For some reason i can't receive other pictures from other iPhones. This is not the first time this happened to me but turning on cellular data worked for me but my cellular data is currently on so i have no idea why I'm not getting any pictures.

    Settings > Messages > turn MMS Messaging ON
