dropping wifi on 5.1.1
Hey all,
I would say I'm new to the imore forums been lingering through Android central and Crackberry for awhile. I searched the forums but didn't really find anything that I could see.
I am currently using an iPhone 4 on 5.1.1 Jailbroken and when I'm home the phone will sometimes drop WiFi connection. I have reset my router and I know its not it as my Nexus 7 , iPad and Blackberry Playbook (yes I have one) all connect and stay connected.

Re: dropping wifi on 5.1.1
I thought i was the only one having this problem or that maybe my ip4 was defective in some way but i guess not. Instead of constanly resetting your network setings i usually just flip the wifi off wait a few seconds and flip it back on and so far it has yet to fail me. Hope this helps.

I just reset my network settings and reconnect to my wifi. I'll give that a try and go from there. Thank you for the help

Resetting the network didn't resolve the issue. I guess I'll have to deal with it as I really do not want to reset the whole device and upgrade to iOS 6
