iPhone4 email alert tones

My wife has an iPhone4, with 4 email accounts. 3 are personal, and 1 is business. Can she change the alert tone on just her business email account? Thanks for any help.
P.S. She won't let me jailbreak the phone.

In iOS6 yes... under Settings>> Notifications>> Mail>> then the screen that shows the accounts... select each account, and there's a screen to customize each account, including sound.
