I have a question about Unlocking and Jailbreaking with the iPhone 4

I currently have the Samsung Infuse 4g with AT&T. My friend has an iPhone 4 with Verizon and we want to switch phones. I wanted to know do I have to jailbreak and unlock the iPhone 4 from Verizon before I can get it onto AT&T network? Or is it even possible?

It is not possible. AT&T is a GSM network and Verizon is CDMA - two different technologies.
