    Default help for iPhone


    I am new to these forum. I have iPhone 4. I got some troubles in it in starting. I have to visit the vendor many times then he updated the device then only I was able to use it.

    Is the problem is with my device, so I will try to replace it. has anyone else also faced the same problem.

    You really didnt describe your problem at all in anything other than saying you had a problem.
    What was it doing? What wasnt it doing?

    A little more detail may allow others to help.

    You stated that the vendor updated it and you were able to use it.
    Did the issue reoccur? You were also unclear on this.
