Silence alerts while in call

Unless i missed it, is there a native setting in iOS to silence all alerts while on a call. If there is where is it? If there isn't then is there an app jailbroken or otherwise that will do it. I'm tired of being on a call and the dang phone beeping in my ear while I'm trying to listen to someone talk.

You could flip the silent switch.

Yea I thought of that but when you get an alert then you get vibration in your ear lol. I just want nothing to happen while in call. I may just have to settle for using the vibe switch.

If you don't need vibration often you could turn it off, then the switch will silence your phone completely.

Otherwise you'd probably need to jailbreak to get the functionality you want.

Its cool. I did go with your suggestion and turned the vibrate off so when i flip the switch its a done deal and no extra app taking up space or memory..
