What have you been doing with my iPhone?

Let's just say that I was unwillingly separated from my iPhone 4 for the past month and I have miraculously managed to get it back. Despite it being passlocked, I suspect that it was used this past and I would to find out the extent of such use (i.e., what apps were accessed and when? what data was transmitted and to where?). Is there any straightforward way to determine this out?

Thanks much in advance.

You can look at browser history and Settings - General - Usage to see what spps have been using data.

The list of apps in usage just shows how much storage space there taking up not if they used data or not..
