iphone frozen on apple logo

My iphone is stuck at the apple logo and no matter how many times i reset it or let it go, it just stays there and when i do reset it, it'll go away and come back, stuck on the apple logo. It is not jailbroken...What do i do?!

Did you try to put your phone in DFU mode, and restore as new. You would lose everything you had, but very well could fix the problem.
