I keep looking I want to know when iOS 5 is released for us do we still have to sink to update or is it going to be OTA?

Yes, the first install will have to be through iTunes. Afterwards, it looks like OTA will be all you need.

My aunt has a Mac I will just have to log into my account with her computer and download it.

My Mac is outdated. I have the CDMA iPhone 4, stock. Can I go to an Apple Store (when the time comes) and have them install iOS5? If so, would it install my current apps and back them up to iCloud? Would all my pics and movies be there after installation? Is there any way to get all my previously purchased music off my outdated Mac and into the cloud so that they could be accessed on my iPhone? The music is also on my iPod Nano but I would like to access some of it on the phone. Thanks in advance!
