Xfinity Log on PLEASE Help !!

I have a very annoying issue I cant seem to resolve, When I am near a mall or suburban area, my phone picks up a wifi signal and prompts me to log into there server.

It is always Xfinity .....never anything else... I dont have a log in nor do I want one.

It pops up 10 times in a row before it stops, when it pops up it interupts whatever im doing.

I dont want to turn off wifi is there a way to block this from happening.

Setting , wifi, turn off ask to join new network. Click the network and then forget this network.
