Word/Excel

I am new to the app world.
want an app that I can then place Word or Excel documents
in to have in my phone.
What do you suggest?

Documents To Go by DataViz. There are two versions a normal and premium.

I really like words and numbers by apple. Little pricy, but the interface is nice.

I've used Docs To Go and QuickOffice. You can't go wrong with either one.
