Is the iphone4 working to it's capability?

I have a jailbroken iphone4. I know that's why my phone is a lol glitchy no as in not so smooth or fast. Is there a fix for this and meaning by not restoring non jailbroken. Like is it even running at it's potential? App tweak suggestions? Thanks.

LOL, poisoned has a good point. Price you pay to play in the jailbreak world, although very worth it to some.

Jailbreaking affects the performance of the phone at times, the most common sign is worse batter life. Nothing is perfect so when jailbroken i don't mind losing a bit of juice for more capability.
