taking pics with shutter open?

Anyone know a way to do this?

I want to take pics with my iphone 4, with the ability to keep the shutter open longer.

Sean is correct. There is an app called "Magic Shutter" that will do this. However, the app is $2.99 and the ratings are mixed for it, ymmv.
