Transfer Calendar from BB Curve 8330 to iPhone 4

I just got my new iPhone 4 today. I've been told to use MS Exchange to set up my gmail and calendar. Is that right? Or, should I use BackUp Assistant to transfer my contacts and then use Exchange to copy over my calendar? I also have both on Google Sync so I could do a wireless transfer if that works. My concern is the calendar. I know the contacts will transfer fine. But I also must have my calendar transfer. Any suggestions??

If you set up with Google Sync you should be fine if that's combined with setting up gmail as exchange.

Agreed .... very easy to setup for the switch. Worst case scenario if you have outlook could be sync to that and then sync to phone but google sync will get you everything, Backup Assistant will only get contacts.
