How can i change slide to unlock sound using iFile??

I want to change the standard unlock sound, but how can i do that with iFile??

You would have to SSH a new file in.

Easiest way would be to follow this guide, with this post being the "safest" method, since you're not replacing system files.

Name the caf files lock.caf or unlock.caf (case matters), and put them in your_theme/UISounds then respring.

How do I SSH?? I have changed the password already.
And does this drains battery??
