Help with sending text messages to sprint customer
Hey guys and gals.. I recently switched from a Sprint Pre to a Verizon iPhone. Ever since the switch my sister who has service with Sprint, tells me in order for her to view my texts, she has to access the internet to which she has to pay extra. I'm not sure of the model of her phone but it's not an iPhone.
She says she has no problem receiving texts from anyone else.
I'm send plain old regular texts, no pictures or anything.
Anyone know what this could be?

May or may not be related... my sister has a Sprint BlackBerry and from time to time she says that my text messages have no content... she just gets a "blank" text message... it doesn't happen all of the time, but maybe 1 out of ever 10-15 texts...
Maybe there's something wonky about Sprint's messaging infrastructure...

My best friend is on Sprint ( I'm on AT&T ) and I can send him texts just fine, but he also is on a smart phone, so that COULD be a mitigating factor. Try asking your sister to call Sprint tech support to discuss the issue. It may be something they can address for her.
