install iphone develop environment on vmware

I want to learn developing iphone code.
My computes is on windows xp.
I have installed vmware on my windowsxp.

but in installing process, have some error happens.
the error message is
Mac OS X is not supported with software virtualization. To run Mac OS X you need a host on which VMware Workstation supports hardware virtualization.

my computer is auas. (default hardware virtualization)

so what's the problem ??

Installing OSX on a vm isn't trivial. It took me MANY hours of foolin around to get it to even boot but long term it just wasn't feasible for any real development, so I bought a used Mac mini and it worked out well.
