just iPod 4g

i just got iPod 4g and the moment i connected to my computer followed by itunes installation....

i prompted me for OS 4.3 upgrade..
as i am new bee to iStuffs...(BB user for long time)....
now i am looking to JailBreak this stuffs...

can some one provide me with Jailbreaking iOs for dummys...

i tried to access jailbreak forum but it says i don't have sufficient permissions...

just a word of advice that iOS 4.3 is new and a jailbreak may not be available yet. I'm sure it will be shortly.
